Pasta Amore has been since the beginning a family-run restaurant. Founded by Leo Fascianella in 1987 with the intention to continue the traditions of the old country. Making bread and preparing fresh pasta the Sicilian way is a matter of pride. With centuries of culinary culture passed through the generations, Chef Fascianella grew-up among the rich traditions of Italian and Sicilian food.
