Such commitment to quality has helped Pasta Amore become a local favorite. The restaurant has expanded to five cooks, all trained by Leo, to prepare and recipes and dishes to his exacting standards. The result is a consistently of the food that patrons have come to love.

Pat feels a prominent reason the food stands out from other restaurants is because Leo was born and raised in San Cataldo, Italy, a small town in Sicily where Leo's grandfather owned a restaurant. Leo's time spent working with his grandfather and father were a major influence in his dream to own an establishment in the U.S. His understanding and respect for his cultural heritage continually contributes to the eatery's success. It is Leo's mission to maintain the true Italian recipes that his father and grandfather prepared and served.

Pasta Amore is conveniently located in the Rockbrook Shopping Center at 108th and Center. Click here to see a Yahoo Map for the location.
