Leo has an extensive food service background. As head chef he
personally trains all his cooks and oversees the recipes and food
preparation of his restaurant. His love for his culinary creations
began when he was small boy helping
out in his grandfather's restaurant in his hometown of San Cataldo
in Sicily. It has taken years for Leo to perfect his craft in
the kitchen and it has always been his dream to open a four-star
establishment of his own. Seventeen years ago that dream came
true when he founded Pasta Amore E Fantasia with his wife Pat.
