When Pat's husband, Leo, suggested they open their own restaurant
she was 100% behind the endeavor, even though she knew it would
take long hours and very hard work from both of them. Their skill
sets complement each other well. Their regulars know them to be
a true team with Leo handling the back of the house and Pat firmly
in the front coordinating the staff, handling catering contracts
and focusing on marketing initiatives. Before opening and managing
Pasta Amore for the past 17 years, Pat spent most of her life
in food service. Customer service is particularly important to
her. Pat's main priority is for the customer to be happy with
their dining experience at Pasta Amore.
